Special purpose racks satisfy a variety of glassware, sample, and test tube holding and stabilizing needs. They can be also be used for storage and transport operations. Some special purpose racks are designed to support specific uses, such as for carrying thin-walled or fragile items safely, and others keep corrosives or biohazards contained.
