Dissolved oxygen and BOD probes determine the oxygen content of aqueous solutions in conjunction with galvanic devices in polarographic, and optical devices. Some probes use a stirring mechanism to advance the accuracy and efficiency of BOD readings. The Thermo Scientific™ Orion™ RDO™ Dissolved Oxygen Probe, which doesn't require membrane replacements, measures dissolved oxygen levels of aqueous samples.
