No, we don't provide a chromatogram since our Amyloid beta 1-42 is supplied as a kit component. Note that Zagorski, et al. (1999) points out that Amyloid beta 1-42 elutes from HPLC columns as an extremely broad peak with poor resolution, and impurities which co-elute with the broad Amyloid beta 1-42 band might not be resolved into separate peaks. When Amyloid beta 1-42-containing fractions are collected from the HPLC column and then re-injected, multiple peaks are still observed. Both of these observations, the broad peak and the formation of multiple peaks upon re-injection, are consistent with aggregation of Amyloid beta 1-42 under these HPLC conditions. Another limitation is that Amyloid beta has been observed to adhere irreversibly to a variety of common HPLC columns. At this time, HPLC analysis is not applicable for assessing Amyloid beta 1-42 purity.
